After Susan left on Thursday afternoon, Jaymi and Johnathan had a rough Thursday night with Natalie who only slept about 4 and a half hours. On Friday evening 6/13, Jaymi, Johnathan and Natalie ventured out to dinner together at Chihuahua's Mexican Grill in south Tampa. Natalie did very well, even luring one nearby 3 year old boy to marvel at her. Johnathan's parents, Shirlee "Lee Lee" and John "Pop Pop" arrived from Mobile, Alabama. This is the first time they have seen Natalie in person. Immediately, like Jaymi's parents, they picked her up and enjoyed their newest family member. We ate pizza together and visited until almost midnight.
On Saturday, 6/14, Lee Lee & Pop Pop watched Natalie as Jaymi spent some time shopping and running errands while Johnathan took a nap. On Saturday night, Jaymi and Johnathan had a date night together. They went to Four Green Fields Irish Pub as one picture shows, then to the Florida Aquarium's SudsFest and finally at The Grape for an evening dessert wine and dessert.
On Sunday, 6/15, Jaymi and Natalie presented Johnathan with his first Father's Day gift -- a silver engraved frame with a photo of Natalie and Johnathan (a black & white photo shot by our friend Christine Miller). I loved it, especially the breakfast in bed cooked by chef Jaymi! Lee Lee and Pop Pop returned on Sunday afternoon to spend a few more hours with Natalie before flying back to Mobile. It was so nice to spend Father's Day with Mom & Dad. Come back soon!

Pop Pop and Lee Lee enjoyed the weekend of June 13-15 spent with Johnathan, Jaymi, and Natalie. It was such a happy feeling to hold our first granddaughter...she is so adorable,cute, and so alert....We look forward to watching her grow up...we are proud proud grandparents...Pop Pop & Lee Lee
