Johnathan aka "Dada" blogging here. Well, my parents "LeeLee" and "PopPop" visited Natalie "Bear" last weekend. They spent all day with her on Saturday, playing games, puzzles, reading her stories and treated her to ice cream on Saturday afternoon at one of our favorite spots. We really enjoyed having them here, especially for Mama and Dada who enjoyed a date night together on the town at no cost (except for rooming the babysitters for two nights). We all had brunch together on Sunday before LeeLee and PopPop had to leave on Sunday afternoon. Such a quick trip, we already miss them yet so much fun when they are here with us. We will look forward to their return here in October for 6 nights when Mama and Dada go on vacation.
Also, Dada took Natalie to her first dentist appt on Monday July 12th. She was such a pro! In the lobby, she noticed one of her favorite shows "Dora the Explorer" on the "tb" as she likes to call it. The hygienist called us back to her examination room where Natalie enjoyed more Dora in a tv secured in the ceiling above her chair. Very clever. The dentist told me that she has four teeth coming in at the same time yet she is doing very well with "Brush Brush Brush" time twice a day. She had a teeth cleaning and even flouride application during the visit. Back in 6 months! Go Natalie! We are so proud of you, darling.
