Well, Natalie joined us on Thursday night 8/28 for the local Alabama Alumni Chapter's Kickoff Party, featuring NBC's The Biggest Loser and former Alabama center, Roger Shultz. I am the membership chair for our local chapter, so it was so much fun hearing Roger speak and his opinion on the new policy on Alabama government employees who have one year to reduce their weight or pay higher health insurance premiums. You will see some photos here of Natalie with Roger and Dad, plus her wearing the Bama shirt with a "Gator twist." Oh well, marriage is all about compromises. Natalie was well behaved during the evening. Mom even enjoyed herself among the Bama faithful. Go Jaymi! Bama faces Clemson tonight in Atlanta on ABC.
To give her equal time, Mom dressed her in one of her Gator one-sizes this week. She looks cute in orange and blue as well. We are about to watch the Florida v. Hawaii game this afternoon. We are so happy football season is finally here. Way overdue. Go Gators and Roll Tide!!!
P.S. Here is a photo of the Exersaucer. Hats off to Jaymi who assembled this one morning this week as Natalie slept, all by herself. It is great to have such a talented wife. Who knew? Heck, maybe I should start sending her to Home Depot to coordinate future projects! Cheers!
