Fun with family and friends in Orlando!

We spent the past weekend in Orlando at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes with Grandma, Grandpa, Cousin Lauren, "Uncle" JP, Great Aunt Jan and my old roommate and friend Krissy. This hotel was the site of our babymoon back in March 2008 and we were eager to go back and enjoy another weekend. It was definitely more hectic this time as we had a busy toddler to chase around, but we had a lot of fun. Natalie enjoyed splashing in the pool and floating around the lazy river in her pink Disney Princess tube (Grandpa even used it a few times) with her family. Another thing she loved was racing up and down the long hallways in the hotel. Friday night we couldn't get her to settle down so we took her down to the lobby and let her walk around. A man remarked "You guys look tired but she doesn't!" Thankfully, she eventually went to sleep around 1:30 a.m. and even more thankfully, Saturday night was much easier! Natalie was a big hit around the hotel. At dinner Saturday, the tableful of 10-year-old girls next to us fawned all over her, telling us how cute she was. After they went up to their room, they called down to her from their balcony. It was so adorable! She also charmed the hotel staff, even the workers at the FedEx/Kinkos outpost downstairs. We had a great time and I can't wait to take her to Disney for the first time - maybe this winter, Dada?
